We went "downtown" Fairbanks to their Plaza/Park one afternoon - as usual beautiful flowers.
I thought these were parking meters - but my other half from cold/windy Cheyenne, Wyoming said no no they are places you plug your car in - only in Alaska!!
These trees were all over - they have the most unusual bark - a shiny redish color - so pretty? (Don?)
AND even the dogs in Alaska like to slowly tube down the river.
Sis (Karen) this bench would have been on the top of the m/h but someone vetoed it! But wouldn't that look great down by the pond??
