The town of Seward is also the start of the Iditarod Sled Dog Race. They have a fantastic Sea Life Center and also they have so many great little shops and bars and restaurants you just hate to leave.
We woke up one morning and a cruise ship had come in.
When they leave they do what they call a spin in the bay - unreal to watch them maneuver that big ship in such a small spot.
And off they go!

After Danny and Darlene left we met another couple Peter and Molly from Wisconsin - having Happy Hour with them.
And this guy came flying in and landed and I kind of said "hey turn round and give me a big smile"!!
